Mark Ronson & Keyonne Starr Resolve Conflict w/ Funk In New Video For "I Can't Lose"
By now, Mark Ronson's Uptown Special LP should be widely considered one of the year's best offerings, bringing funk back to the table with the likes of Bruno Mars, Mystikal, Stevie Wonder, Kevin Parker and a slew of the industry's most well-respected songwriter's on board. Today the British hit-maker has relinquished a fresh new clip for the latest single from the record "I Can't Lose;" a blistering, synth-powered gem, loose and sophisticated in all of the right ways. The clip finds Ronson, where else, but in the backing band of a neon-lit dive along with the track's featured vocalist Keyone Starr, while all-out chaos breaks out all around them. But the band's got a few tricks up their sleeves to get things back to sorts, or at least beak free with the cash in stash.
