As promised, Lupe Fiasco delivers the new single "Next To It" featuring Ty Dolla $ign ahead of his forthcoming Tetsuo & Youth LP, which is rumored to be arriving soon. The track, which Lupe places in a category he calls "the ratchet zone", packs a drill-friendly aesthetic and more than a bit of influence the pied piper of r&b, R. Kelly. DJ Moondawg recently premiered the track from the F&F chief on Chi-Town's WGCI. Deviating from the "Mission" for just a moment, Lupe goes in over the trap-tinged track driven by a quirky, careening melody and a playful beat. Check the track below to listen to "Next To It."
