Tyler, The Creator x Coco x The Roots- "TreeHome" + "Domo 23" Live On Jimmy Fallon

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Tyler, The Creator tickles the ivories, while Coco from Quadron croons a torch-song and The Roots provide some backative--ladies and gentlemen: the lounge act that will provide the live soundtrack to your oddest future dreams. Welcome to Jimmy's Jazz Joint, please leave a dollar in the glass bowl on top of the piano if you enjoy the music and here, sip on this. Seriously, this live clip of Tyler's appearance with the Legendary on the set of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon --a medley of "TreeHome" and "Domo 23"--gets less surreal when the rap segment kicks in (wherein Jasper and Taco join the fun, T the C jumps, up, moshes out, plays air guitar and skanks on top of the piano and generally gets more, well Tylerish)--but it doesn't get less brilliant.

UPDATE: while he was in town, Tyler also chopped it with the Juan Epstein crew at Hot97 aka Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg.  After sleepily addressing Peter Rosenberg as Paul (hey, I've confused them myself, no shady) they engage in a lively debate about Frank Ocean's performance at the Grammys (hey, I thought it sounded pretty good also) and the proper/improper uses of the N-word (hey, I find myself agreeing with Tyler a lot in this interview but I'm not touching that 1 with Quentin Tarantino's samurai sword). Scroll down to watch after the Fallon performance.
