Chet Faker Shares A Cerebral Remix Of Little Dragon’s “Pretty Girls”

Chet Faker is the latest sonic smith to provide us with a take of Little Dragon’s perpetually cool Nabuma Rubberband standout “Pretty Girls.” While the album’s seen itself chopped, screwed and even subject to one young Bishop Nehru‘s verbal aerobics all in the last few weeks, the effortlessly chilled-out Aussie r&bster rides this cut straight into the storm, morphing it’s bright synthesized lines into cloudy, cerebral constructions that take this thing to the darkside and beyond. What’s more, Faker has hit the road on an extensive intercontinental run with band in tow, which began on the island calls home last night and runs straight through June. You can peep those dates and Chet Faker’s heady remix of Little Dragons “Pretty Girls” below.
