LargeUp Video: Patra + Friends Jam w/ The Roots

The Roots appearance at the Okayplayer Holiday jam last month is truly the gift that keeps on giving...here is some more niceness from that fateful December evening when an impromptu all-stars of Brooklyn reggae royalty passed through to bless the mic and make the cider hot. Among the dancehall notables who took the stage were Shaggy, Rayvon, Mr. Easy, Red Fox and official Queen of Dancehall Patra, who makes her first live appearance in about 16 years (??) here after our Caribbean channel LargeUp debuted her new trackand shone a light on her spokes-mogglin' for BK boutique Butch Diva. Watch her show the boys how it done the place with a rendition of the classic "Romantic Call" (oh Yo-Yo, where art thou?) intermixed with Mr. Easy's "Drive Me Crazy."
