According to court documents that TMZ got their hands on, Montia Sabbag, the woman Hart was in the sex tape with, is claiming that the comedian conspired with Jonathan Todd Jackson to secretly tape their sexual encounter and then release it for publicity. She is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

(Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion after allegedly trying to get money out of Hart. Jackson has denied the charges.)
