Everyone's favorite purveyor of milkshakes Kelis dropped another soulful rollick with "Rumble," the latest dopeness from her upcoming Food LP. Its a piano-heavy jump with old-soul Sam & Dave horn arrangements and that now patented rasp on the vocals, adding some serious weight to the track. Its a bit of a departure from the reverb-laden guitar work of "Jerk Ribs" --her first drop from weeks past-- but this one's like her take on "Super Rich Kids" or if Prince were to try and take on The Beatles' "Maxwell Silver Hammer." Food will be out April 22nd via the Ninja Tune imprint and you can stream her latest funk "Rumble" below.
