José James pays tribute to Lou Reed with a cover of "Who Loves The Sun" following the rocker and oft-celebrated songwriter's recent passing at the age of 71. Reed is heralded as a beacon of rock for his work with The Velvet Underground, including their Loaded LP which features the aforementioned track. James plays the short tribute with bassist Solomon Dorsey, guitarist Brad Williams and drummer Richard Spaven. Check the footage below to watch the in-studio video - filmed by Ryosuke Tanzawa - of José James performing Reed's iconic track. Read more about Reed's life and work at loureed.com.
