The incident occurred at Diddy's 50th birthday party.

A video of Jay-Z snatching a man's phone at Diddy's 50th birthday party has gone viral.

The video is ironic, considering it shows Jay grabbing the man's phone because he was recording around the Brooklyn rapper and entrepreneur. (Close to Jay was Saweetie, Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé.) However, the person who managed to record the moment Jay snatched the phone seemed to not want to end up in a similar situation, shifting their camera to capture other parts of the party.

A number of people have since commented on the video.

It was at this party that Jay and Kanye West also reunited. This is the first time the former collaborators were spotted together since 2016.
