Jaden Smith struts his verbal stuff once more with the unveiling and release of his latest “EP” (really, a 3 track tape) This Is The Album. The three-part, standardly melancholic suite (seriously, what does this kid have to be so damn sad about?) isn’t quite as dynamic as his last (Prakruti, or Russian for “turn”), but hell, if he churns out a couple more of these 3-track jumps, we might have a full-length album on our hands.

All three songs appear to be produced by Daniel D’Artiste, but I’m beginning the suspect that’s yet another alias heir to Bel-Air. Listen up for lil sis Willow on “4 My 1”, which was fitted to a sad-boy visual, seemingly taped in his parents’ driveway. You can listen to the entirety of Jaden Smith’s This Is The Album EP thing and watch the clip for “4 My 1” below. And if you happen to have an extra moment, check out his pops on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show, busting a quick beatbox and rhyme for the final installment of their excursions in La-La-Land. Keep it locked as we continue to keep our thumb on the weird and wild world of one Jaden Smith.
