Weekends have become a very real treat for fans of Jadakiss ever since the MC embarked on a string of new freestyle releases, each one of laid down atop a classic hip-hop beat from the greatest of golden eras. Only two weeks ago Jadakiss joined Fabolous for a brave spin on Nas's classic "Life's A Bitch," and now we've been bestowed with a redux of Raekwon's "Incarcerated Scarfaces" off of the unimpeachible 1995 LP Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...
And how does the Lox soldier do over such a smooth RZA-produced beat? Pretty damn well if we do say so ourselves. Jadakiss's is as together as ever and after paying homage to the Chef with a direct reproduction of the hook the MC proceeds to stunt at a sharp and agile clip. It's got us pining for more--isn't it time we got a brand new 'Kiss LP?
