“Fuckin cops.”

Here’s your daily dose of irony: Ice-T was arrested while on his way to the set of Law & Order: SVU.

The rapper turned actor was headed to film the show Wednesday morning (October 24). According to a TMZ report, Ice was pulled over for toll evasion while he was attempting to cross the E-Z Pass Lane on the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey.

Ice reportedly continued driving, en route to New York City without a pass when Port Authority pulled him over. Cops discovered that the vehicle was not registered, so they arrested him on toll evasion and ticketed him for driving an unregistered vehicle.

In response to his arrest, the gangsta rap pioneer —who plays NYPD Detective/Sergeant Tutuola in the TV series — told HipHopDX, “Fuckin cops.”

His car of choice that day in was a red McLaren sports car.
