Ghostface Killah Confirms Long-Awaited 'DOOMStarks' Collaboration Will Drop In 2015

MF DOOM & Ghostface Killah Are Planning A Cosmic Live Debut For DOOMSTARKS In October

Ghostface Killah is the rapper that keeps on giving. Nevermind the fact that he's dropping his solo concept piece 36 Seasons tomorrow, that The Wu-Tang Clan just let go of their reunion album A Better Tomorrow last week and that come February, we'll have a collaborative album from him and the punk-funkateers BADBADNOTGOOD2015 will likely be known (if all goes according to plan) as the year that the rap-game's rhyme-spitting superhero and the ever-villainous recluse MF DOOM team up for their long-coveted collaboration DOOMStarks.

Though many of us were wondering if the day would ever come, GFK took to Reddit this weekend to confirm that the mythical team-up will officially drop next year to put worries to rest that another finished MF DOOM collaboration isn't going into the vault. So if you thought 2014 had been good to the verbal vigilante, just wait 'til next year, folks. It's about to get all kinds of grimey. Unfortunately, there's nothing audible to offer you just yet, but if you're itching for something to put your ear on, jump back to 2011 and listen to the first and only offering from the project "Victory Lap." Keep it locked for all of the DOOMStarks updates your eyes and ears can bear. In the meantime, peep 36 Seasons for some vintage GFK stylings and cop the album on iTunes when it drops at midnight tonight.
