Flying Lotus Impersonates Skrillex In Mr. Oizo's Bizarre Album Trailer
Tomorrow, producer/filmmaker/general madcap creative, Mr. Oizo (AKA Quentin Dupieux) will release his sixth studio album, All Wet. It features quite a few of his electronica disciples including Skrillex, Peaches and Boyz Noize, as well as Mocky and Charli XCX amongst others.
Today he's shares a teaser for the album, finding another Brainfeeder visionary, Flying Lotus, donning the thick black frames and short-banged wig to impersonate Skrillex, with others taking on the roles of a "fake Peaches" and a "fake Boyz Noize" in one extremely bizarre clip, though it certainly lines up with Oizo's output as a director, infamously bringing a tire to life with telekinetic abilities in the film Rubber.
You can watch the strangeness unfold in the clip below along with the full track list for Mr. Oizo's All Wet. If it's good to your eyes and ears, pre-order your copy of the new album on iTunes today ahead tomorrow's official release.
