Last we heard from Atlanta (by way of San Diego) emcee Evan Holt, he was doing work on Xuice Hades and Thelonious Martin's projects, respectively, but no solo work. After about a year without putting out his own music, Holt is off the hiatus. Out of nowhere he comes through with this new 7 track EP, appropriately titled, Where Was Eye.
