Elzhi May Be Sued For Failing To Deliver His Kickstarter Album, 'Lead Poison'

Back in November of 2013, Detroit's own Elzhi, took to Kickstarter to accrue the funds necessary for him to finish and then release the much anticipated Lead Poison (FKA GLOW365.)

Now, well over two-years removed from the the crowd-funding initiative with nothing but a few loosies and a few features to show for it (and no update since last February,) fans and campaign contributors alike are now beyond the point of mere bitterness, having received no album and none of the incentives promised by the campaign in any reasonable time. One fan seems poised to take it further and make Elz feel the weight of his own delay by suing, claiming in the comment section of the campaign page to have started a class action suit.

And while the rapper has yet to comment or even acknowledge the suit (frankly, he may not even be aware of its existence,) fans and aspiring crowd-funders should certainly take note, as these are precisely the repercussions one subjects themselves to when they fail to deliver on a fan-backed campaign. No word yet on how all of this will play out, but it isn't looking good for Elzhi at the moment.
