Toro Y Moi expands his one-off side project under alias Les Sins, returning with the double-single "Grind"/"Prelims." Considered by some to be the chief executive of chill wave, Les Sins maintains the familiar architecture of the Toro Y Moi signature but moves to explore other topics in sound - dance being most prominent against the grainy pop track of "Grind." The a-side channels the boogie funk aesthetic that "Prelims" then takes to the hilt with a jumble of motors, strings, snaps and drums that combine for a bit of astral traveling music. The pair of tracks will be released on digital and 12" via JIAOLONG on March 18th.
