Drake x Sampha - "The Motion" (Sango Remix)

Drake's single "The Motion" gets a bit of new life thanks to a remix from Sango that weaves vocals from Sampha and the Toronto MC around jittering ticks and heavy bass and synth work. The ominous trap infused joint is a formidable rework of the original that positions the vocal just below the rhythm, effectively placing Sango's production prominently at the helm. This rework follows the release of his North LP, which dropped in July. The project led by the "Here With Me" single as well as tracks featuring JMSN and Ta-ku, has garnered the Michigan producer a fair amount of acclaim in the subsequent months.
