OKP Premiere: Denmark Vessey Laments Romance On Dreamy New Cut "Situationships"
It's been a minute since we caught up with subversive Detroit MC Denmark Vessey. Last we heard from him, he'd added a few verbal flares to Ol' Burger Beats' brilliant debut, High Rhodes. But today the Windy City son is back with the some lamentations on flaky romances in his dreamy new cut "Situationships," featuring a lucid and lovely sound scape from fellow Chicagoan dug (whose past projects include Sidewalk Chalk & The`ve) and Portland producer Blacktop Megaphone. There's no telling yet whether this is our first taste of a new project from DV, a follow-up to last year's colossal Cult Classic, but it's certainly a good place to start.
