Cody ChesnuTT and Gary Clark Jr. celebrate U.S. troops ahead of Veterans Day tomorrow with the performance video for "Gunpowder On The Letter" from ChesnuTT's Landing On A Hundred: B-Sides And Remixes LP. The video follows the March release of the project via Vibration Vineyard. The clip features upbeat shots of the pair with their dueling guitars and seamless harmonies juxtaposed with footage of troops marching. ChesnuTT drops the video - billed as a "celebration of honor and bravery" - with a note on the inspiration for the track:
"This song was inspired by a documentary I saw on veterans that had been traumatized by the act of war. The broken spirit and disillusionment expressed by these veterans, granted me access to both the spirit and voice needed to communicate the narrative."
