A few months back we got news that Chris Rock inked a $40 million deal with Netflix for two brand new stand-up comedy specials. Rock's last comedy special was 2008's Kill the Messenger. And now we got confirmation that the comedian will in fact be going on tour. The tour, which is called Total Blackout, will kick off on February 14th, 2017 in Durham, North Carolina and close out on June 3rd in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The tour will be Rock's first in nine years. Rock made the announcement in front of Los Angeles' Comedy Store via a video posted to Facebook. Rock also promised that he would perform new material.
