Tonight, the entire galaxy of sports stars will align for the 2016 ESPY Awards. But it wouldn't be much of a gathering without a very necessary and proper tribute to the late Muhammad Ali, who passed in early June after years of battling Parkinson's Disease. And while details are still slim on just what to expect in terms of a salute, it appears that at least one component has been revealed, as Chance The Rapper announced last night that he'd be contributing.
In an ideal world, this would mean that Chance and KINGwould perform "The Greatest" together and we could all get to crying in perfect unison. Realistically, there will be words, but we can't guarantee a tune. In any case, you can watch and see for yourself tonight. The 2016 ESPY Awards will be broadcasted at 8pm on ABC. Just make sure you've got a tissue ready. There will be no shortage of waterworks.
