In the video, Kimberly, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, tells the story of how she discovered she had breast cancer. In doing so, her message is clear; regularly check yourself for bumps. And if you find anything strange, don't sleep on it.

"If they swell, by all means, go to a doctor. The goal of this cancer is to kill you and to kill you fast...The only thing you can do to help yourself is to respond and react as fast as you can. That's the only thing that will save your life."
