Celebrate "Star Wars" With P.SO & 2 Hungry Bros' New Space-Age Banger

Star Wars For Dummies Album Art

Even if you've been living beneath a bantha for the last six months, you're probably aware that the latest installment in the Star Wars series is about to drop. The first "midnight" screenings of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens begin in a little over four hours, but P.SO & 2 Hungry Bros have delivered a last-minute catch up session, for anyone who still hasn't seen the sci-fi epic's earlier installments. Over a dusty, jazz-inflected beat that's honestly way way tastier than you might expect for a light-hearted track like this, P.SO spits the tale of Episode IV: A New Hope. That means you'll be catching bars about Luke on Tatooine, Obi Wan Kenobi, the first Death Star, Han Solo and the dramatic defense of Yavin. Oh, you thought we weren't nerds to? We'll see you at tonight's screenings--we'll be the hip-hop heads nodding to this joint way up ahead of you in line.

"The two fan boys are wishing all fellow Hip Hop heads, comic book heads, and Jedi/ Sith lovers a Happy Holiday with this upbeat take on Star Wars: The New Hope," P.SO wrote of the new cut. Listen to "STAR WARS for Dummies IV (A New Hope)" below and check out more of P.SO's material here. May the force, and the beats, be with you.
