Blaqstarr is the Baltimore Club prodigy that you don't even realize how well you know. Back in 2006, the pulsating ghetto-tech-touched "Hands Up, Thumbs Down" had most of us doing the Spongebob and the rest of us tripping over our feet trying. Today we've got the long overdue video for the Bawlmer anthem, featuring an assist from the 12 O'Clock Boys; a legendary local bike troupe who recently had a riveting documentary created to chronicle their improprieties and the come-up of junior member Bug. What's more, the film's Baltimore-based director Lotfy Nathan is at the helm of this raw visual, even inviting some familiar faces from the the film to join in the production.
