Watch The Full Trailer For Beyonce's "Lemonade"
If all goes according to plan (or industry murmur, at this point) Beyonce will release a new album by year's end. "Formation," in its audiovisual bomb of an introduction, was our first clue to the puzzle. Then late last week, a cryptically edgy teaser arrived for "Lemonade," what we can only assume is yet another offering from whatever Queen Bey has in store for us in the coming months.
The clip was capped off with the promise of an HBO premiere, which as far as we can tell, will be the first time a music video, if that is, in fact, what's en route, has made a debut on the not-just-TV channel. Today, an extended trailer for the project has surfaced, bringing along with it an even heavier dose of imagery, akin to the subversive, unapologetic and socially-sharp "Formation" video. All of which is to say, that in step with her world tour dates, Beyonce's got another big year in the works and all we can do is brace ourselves.
