Jazzanova-Funkhaus
With two new projects hitting the market back to back, the first half of 2012 is shaping up to be a great time for true Jazzanova heads. Let's start with Upside Down, a remix /redo compilation of hits like “ I Can See”; “Lie” and “Look at What You’re Doing to Me”--as envisioned by a diverse group of producers and DJs (Ye:Solar and Ame, Mr. Scruff and Soldiers of House to name a few). Many herald this as a must-have for new and faithful fans alike. Following closely behind Upside Down, May 15th sees the release of Funkhaus Studio Sessions, which comprises live cuts of hits including the aforementioned. Check the “Flashback” featuring Paul Randolph below for a taste of what to expect. Personally speaking, these two albums just gave my summer playlist a boost of goodness.
