After a 5-year hiatus, OKP fam and rap's most prolific malcontent El-P has announced the upcoming release of his new album Cancer For Cure on May 22nd via Fat Possum. "The Full Retard" is a Tropic Thunder reference and no, that's not an unreleased Kool Keith demo that's sampled on the hook, that's a chop of the late great MC (and El-P's homey) Camu Tao.
