Alice Russell kicks off her U.S. invasion onstage at Jimmy Kimmel Live with a vein-melting take on her infectious single “Heartbreaker” entitled “Heartbreaker Pt. 2”, followed by a performance of “For A While” – both tracks from her latest LP To Dust. The performance on Wednesday night was the first stop ahead of a six-city tour across the U.S. in support of the album. Alice Russell will be performing today in San Francisco at the world-renowned Amoeba Records, where she will also sign copies of the release. She follows the Bay Area appearance with dates in Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Washington and New York, where her tour will end on May 12th. Provided you cannot make it out to a show, Alice Russell will also be appearing on a few radio broadcasts during her time in the states, including performances on NPR‘s Tinydesk and WNYC‘s Soundcheck.
