On Friday, Stic man of dead prez released the long-awaited sequel to his 2011 Workout album. Workout II features names like Styles P, Nahko Bear, and Stic's oldest son TWEZO.
"It's all about putting in the work," Stic said via press release. "Fit hop is for active listening. You don't just sit around and listen to an album like Workout II. Pop your earbuds in and use it as fuel to run, lift, or in whatever way you choose to exercise your greatness."
Additionally, Stic was recently selected as a holistic ambassador to Lululemon's Men's Branding campaign this upcoming spring. He also produced a mini-documentary with the brand called EXPERIENCE FIT HOP. The documentary follows a 14-year old female boxer who recently qualified for the U.S.'s Olympic boxing team. The original Workout project debuted at number one on Apple's iTunes Fitness charts in 2011.
The Workout II is available on all major streaming platforms. View the full tracklist below.
