A great time was had by all.
On Saturday, May 4th, The North Face, in partnership with Okayplayer, hosted The Prototype Bowl, an all-day event that showcased iconic The North Face pieces. Throughout the week, various forecasters predicted a downpour. Lucky for us, and the hundreds of people who pulled up throughout the day, there was no rain.
Seven New York City-based vintage collectors showed off their massive collections. The lists include Round Two, Jay Has Many Faces, Soulese, Thirsty from the Bronx, The North Face Prototype, and BK the God. While people shopped around they heard tunes courtesy of Alec Lomami, Kittysayword, and mikeflo.
And they also enjoyed some free grub, from Cheeky Sandwiches, and drinks, courtesy of Pabst Blue Ribbon, Union Wine Company and Dirty Lemon.
