Phony Ppl Announces 2019 Residency At Blue Note Jazz Club [EXCLUSIVE]

The New York music group will be supporting their latest album Mozaik.

After touring alongside Pusha T last year, Phony Ppl is now preparing for their third residency with the Blue Note Jazz Club.

The R&B and hip-hop group have exclusively announced a late night weekly residency at the venue, with each show taking place on Saturday throughout March and April. Tickets for the event can be purchased here and a schedule of the shows can be seen below.

Phony Ppl released their sixth album Mozaik in October last year, their first under record label 300 Entertainment. The group released a music video for one of the album's singles, "Way Too Far," shortly after Mozaik's release. The New York-based band was on the road with Pusha T for his Daytona Tour Part 2 which wrapped up at Irving Plaza in New York City in late November. The group then had their own headlining show at Mercury Lounge in late December.

Prior to this, Blue Note announced a residency with Thundercat for next month. The Drunk artist's residency will span February 12-17 where he'll play a total of 14 shows. Special guests will be announced for the event too.
