Looks like Lil Wayne's long-awaited album, Tha Carter V finally has a release date.
The rapper's record label, Young Money tweeted the announcement on Wednesday with a photo that appears to be the album cover art.
The image features Wayne's name and the album title alongsid "The World" in writing on an open palm, spotlit in red. The account captioned the photo with, "Put them 5s up."

Wayne had originally planned to release the album in 2014, but delays derailed the rollout and led to the rapper suing Cash Money Records for $51 million in 2015 in order to leave the label and assume control over his catalog's copyrights. In May, the legal battle was reportedly settled for an undisclosed amount.
In February, Birdman announced the album would be out before the end of 2018.
Since the release of his ninth studio album Tha Carter IV in 2011, Wayne dropped two mixtapes, Dedication 6 in December and Dedication 6: Reloaded in January.
