Detroit’s Fox Theatre announces a free event featuring Kanye West, while his publicist announces the album drops tonight.
After multiple outlets reported that Kanye West‘s album wouldn’t be releasing this weekend, it seems the original plan is back on. Just after 3 PM on Friday afternoon, Detroit’s Fox Theatre tweeted that Kanye West was bringing Jesus is King: A Kanye West Experience to the venue later that night at 8 PM. Shortly thereafter Kanye’s publicist, Trevian Kutti, announced the album would drop at the same time as the show’s opening.
