Kanye and Izzy have parted ways.
Zivkovic has managed the rapper for close to eight years and has been considered a close friend of the rapper. West will continue under Scooter Braun—who joined his management team in May of 2016— and is reportedly expected to take on all management responsibilities for West, who is repped by CAA.
Zivkovic expanded his management company, Split Second Management, to represent a roster of other acts including rock band Arcade Fire, singer Banks, Jack Garratt, and Kevin Garrett, among others.
The reason behind the parting remains unknown and neither West nor Zivkovic have released a statement on the split.
After taking a brief hiatus from performing, West made a surprise appearance at Adidas’ NBA All-Star Weekend event in Los Angeles last month. He also made an appearance at the Washington D.C. March for Our Lives Rally over the weekend.
