The ever-elusive Jay Electronica might be gearing up to drop some new music
Will 2018 be the year we see Jay Electronica'sdebut album?
Probably not. But, it does seem like the mystical rapper is up to something.

On Wednesday, August 8th, Jay put up a post on Instagram. In the post, he is playing a snippet of a song he recorded with super producer Swizz Beatz.
In the video you hear an extended intro, followed by Swizz' voice. We don't hear any bars from Jay himself though.

There is also something interesting happening in the comment section. Famed producer Alchemist left a vague (but promising) Emoji on the post. Jay then responded with his own Emoji:
