This Saturday, January 21st, The Women's March on Washington will gather thousands in opposition to the president-elect and his regime in the nation's capitol. Artists and politicians have already pledged their support to the protest. Today we learn that the rally portion of the march will also host performances and panels from a star-studded line-up. Musical performances will be helmed by Janelle Monae, Maxwell, Angelique Kidjo, Mary Chapin Carpenter, the Indigo Girls, MC Lyte, Samantha Ronson, Toshi Reagon and Emily Wells.
For the panel discussions, Questlove, Grimes, Neko Case, Rakim and Lila Downs will sit at the "artists table" in support of the march and its 200 "sister marches" across the country.
