Announced last week, the piece is directed by performance artist Vanessa Beecroft and will feature music from West’s touring Sunday Service ensemble, as well as Peter Collins & Infinities Song. And for those who can’t make the trip, TIDAL has announced a live stream of the event (a sign of mending things with Hov?) It’s expected to begin at 4pm PST.

PLAYLIST: The Round-Up: Best Songs of The Week – ft. Action Bronson, Shay Lia, DJ Muggs, and More

According to a press release, the play is set in 6th century BC and takes its name from a Babylonian king who “transitions from wicked, imperious, self-declared ruler to a true believer who finds salvation in his faith.”
