Rap superstar Kendrick Lamar is shopping for a new publishing deal. According to Billboard, Kendrick's management company, Top Dawg Entertainment, is receiving offers that range from $20 to $40 million.

The sources who spoke to Billboard claim that Kendrick has already received an offer for $28 million, while another offer was for $23 million, which included $11 million on the spot. Although it hasn't been confirmed, these deals are likely for Kendrick's entire catalog

Kendrick is shopping around because his publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music which he signed before he was a rap superstar is about to expire.
This is a good time for Kendrick to be shopping for a new deal. The rapper has never been as popular. His 2017 album DAMN. moved 4.14 million album consumption units.
Throughout his career, K.Dot has generated 9.5 million album consumption units.
