The heat is on.

Gary Clark Jr. played his first ever NPR “Tiny Desk” concert this week.

The musician sang and sweat his way through select tracks from his fiery and funky critically acclaimed album, This Land, which was released in February.

The Grammy award-winning artist ran through a set including “What About Us,” “When I’m Gone” and the Prince-tinged, “Pearl Cadillac.”

Clark is kicking off his national tour in tandem with his album release on May 3rd in New Orleans. Check out the full list of tour dates and cities here.
