Eric B. and Rakim have announced their first concert together in over two decades.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of their seminal album Paid In Full, the duo will be reuniting to perform the album in its entirety at Harlem's Apollo Theater on Friday, July 7.

An Eric B. and Rakim Twitter account had teased a reunion back in October but the rumor turned out to be false, with a representative for Rakim stating that although the two have remained close and speaking to one another in recent years, a show was not going to happen. That same Twitter account also briefly got the duo some flack after a tweet was sent out that seemed to endorse Donald Trump for president. Ultimately, the rap duo ended up gaining control of the account again, although it is unknown who was in control of it at that time.

Rakim then addressed his fans about the reunion rumor saying "It's always a blessing to feel that love and support from the fans and I'm definitely going to be celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Paid in Full in 2017 even if I'm not sure how yet."

Well, now it is safe to say that Rakim and Eric B. know how they're going to celebrate, although it is unknown if the two will embark on a full-length tour following their Harlem performance (the show is being billed as a "one night only" affair).
