The Detroit rapper’s last album was 2016’s Atrocity Exhibit.
Danny Brown is prepping for his return to music and it looks like Q-Tip is lending him a hand.
The Detroit rapper teased an interview he did for Highsnobiety’s forthcoming 18th issue, serving as the third and final cover star (the other two were Lucien Clarke and James Lavelle) for the issue. The teaser shows an image of him alongside an introduction about Brown making his return to the “public eye” with a television show on Viceland and a new album produced by Q-Tip titled U Know What I’m Sayin?
Late Tuesday morning, music producer Thelonius Martin tweeted about the album being produced by the A Tribe Called Quest rapper and producer, with Brown then clarifying that Q-Tip is actually the album’s executive producer.
