Anderson .Paak, Thundercat, H.E.R., & More Launch Amazon's Inaugural Intersect Festival
Despite some controversy, Amazon was able to produce its inaugural music festival, Intersect.
In its continued quest for world domination, Amazon launched off its inaugural Intersect Festival over the weekend (on Friday, December 6th, and Saturday, December 7th.)

The festival was headlined by Beck, Anderson .Paak, Foo Fighters, H.E.R., and more.
In the lead up to the festival, there was some controversy. Over 1,000 artists signed a pledge refusing to participate in the festival because of Amazon’s dealings with ICE. (Names like Atmosphere and CAKE signed the pledge.) A week before the festival, JPEGMAFIA dropped out, not specifying why.

Despite the pre-festival controversy, the festival went off without a hitch. (The exception being Flying Lotus abruptly ended his set because of technical difficulties, much to the dismay of the crowd.)
