The festival was headlined by Beck, Anderson .Paak, Foo Fighters, H.E.R., and more.

In the lead up to the festival, there was some controversy. Over 1,000 artists signed a pledge refusing to participate in the festival because of Amazon’s dealings with ICE. (Names like Atmosphere and CAKE signed the pledge.)  A week before the festival, JPEGMAFIA dropped out, not specifying why.

Despite the pre-festival controversy, the festival went off without a hitch. (The exception being Flying Lotus abruptly ended his set because of technical difficulties, much to the dismay of the crowd.)
