Mr. Boogie has apparently been sitting on this Beastie Boys concept for a minute and a half and halved no steps in making it, even teaming with top-celebrity photog Jonathan Mannion to recreate the cover shot of Paul's Boutique for the mixtape artwork (watch above via CNNCTD). Mick also collaborated with the designers of Homage on a limited-edition tee, proceeds from which will go to Ad-Rock's favorite cancer charities. Cop the tee here and download the mix below.
If you haven't heard the news Major Lazer frontman and Mad Decent label head Diplo kicked off a new 2-hour saturday night mixshow on BBC 1xtra a few weeks ago and has already established the show as a key source for new exclusives and dancefloor killers. His latest mix exemplifies the diversity you'd expect, jumping from NaS to Santigold to Coldplay to Jai Paul, plus of course quite a few of his own dubs and productions.
