Itching for your Mixtape Mondays fix? Check out these brand new mixes that we've been digging on. DJ Woody delivers a mix of tracks from Chopped Herrings Records out of England. D.C.DJ Soulmind offers up a lengthy genre-hopping smorgasbord of music. And we play catch up with a sexy mix from Mike Milosh & Robin Hannibal, aka Rhye.
If I said I was familiar with U.K.-based indie hip-hop label, Chopped Herring Records, I'd be lying through my teeth. However, I recognized quite a few names on DJ Woody's mix of tunes - released and unreleased - from the label. Names like Action Bronson, Natural Elements, Finsta Bundy, and Da Henchmen all make appearances on this mix! Check it out!

By now, I think everyone knows about Rhye, the duo of Mike Milosh and Robin Hannibal, who drop their already critically acclaimed album Woman tomorrow. This mix, done for The FADER, eschews traditional Mixtape Monday fodder - seamless blends, and so on - in exchange for letting the songs breathe naturally. Though they didn't provide a tracklist, we spotted some sexy classics from Womack & Womack, Al Green, Aretha Franklin, Lewis Taylor, Sylvia Striplin, and some of Rhye's own tunes!
