Run The Jewels has rap fans turned up with the Christmas Eve release of RTJ3, but R&B singer/songwriter James Fauntleroy is giving a smoother approach to the holidays.
Fauntleroy's Christmas Day release, Warmest Winter II , comes as the sequel to his 2014 holiday drop Warmest Winter Ever. The five-song project is a set of holiday themed songs, showcasing his vocals over mostly stripped down production. Fauntleroy, known as the singer of Cocaine 80s and as a songwriter for the likes of Justin Timberlake and Rihanna, released the EP on his Soundcloud page, where he's been consistently dropping music all year.
