Queens-born promoter Javan “Scrillz” Bryant moves through New York with a playmaker’s finesse, on and off the mic. Whether he’s catching a game, breaking bread with friends, or shutting down one of his own parties, he knows how to keep the vibe flowing. From stadium seats to late-night lounges, Scrillz shares his go-to spots for staying connected without burning out.
When you want to be "outside" without really being outside, where do you go in NYC?
I like to catch a Mets or Nets game. The hospitality and food at the Barclays Center and Citi Field are fantastic. It feels like home, and the friendly people I meet walking around gives me that "outside" feeling without the intense pressure of being in a club. As a bonus, seeing Pete Alonso hit a homer or Cam Thomas have a 40-ball is too fire.
Where do you go when you want to be around people, but not overwhelmed by people?
I'd go to Saint in Hell's Kitchen. It's a smooth spot with great tapas, beautiful women, and superb hookah. It's truly the perfect place for me to enjoy myself, catch a vibe, or even create my own lil vibe.
