Tame Impala is becoming quite the source for the r&b and pop stars of our day. Nine tracks into Rihanna's ANTI, you find her doing her damnedest with a cover of the Currents closer "New Person, Same Old Mistakes." Recently, we've also heard the ladies of HAIM cover the syrupy slow-burner "'Cause I'm A Man." Today, however, we are treated to a new take on the track RiRi adopted as her own form the alluring Laura Mvula, who performed that track as well as her new single "Phenomenal Woman" on a recent stop at BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge. The performance arrives ahead of Mvula's The Dreaming Room, slated for a June 17th release via Sony Music.
