Luckily, fans have an ace in House Shoes. Earlier this week, the producer and DJ sent up a set of tributary mixes in observance of Dilla Day (Month? Year? Life?) featuring hours of supplementary gems for even the broadest of Dilla catalogs. His latest transmission arrives as a bonus episode to the ongoing Magix mix series. No tracklist for reference, just an hour-plus of grail-level Dilla rarities, remixes, and unreleased suites, stitched together from the personal stash of a close friend (and internal archivist) of an incalculable music legacy.
