Flying Lotus Made the Soundtrack For the Anime Short 'Blade Runner Black Out 2022'

Anime director Shinichiro Watanabe,the person behind Cowboy Bebop, is directing a Blade Runner anime short. Titled Blade Runner Black Out 2022, the short will be tied into the upcoming Ryan Gosling-led Blade Runner 2049 film.

Even better, Flying Lotus, who is always working, will be providing the music for the film. FlyLo revealed the news on his Twitter on Thursday evening.

No release date has been given for the short. However, the live action movie Blade Runner 2049 opens on October 6.
